Terms of Service

AuraQuote Pro is a business tool. You confirm that you are using it for your trade, business or profession, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of the business you represent.

AuraQuote Pro lets you build tiered price proposals with an itemized bill of quantities, present them to your clients, record client approvals and bookings, and track quotes in a pipeline. Pro features include your own branding, custom pricing and line items, branded PDF export and WhatsApp summaries.

A free interactive demo is available. It includes 5 client bookings and does not include Pro features. We may change or end the free demo at any time.

The quotes, client details, pricing rates and settings you create in AuraQuote Pro are saved in the browser on the device you are using. We do not keep a copy of them on our servers. This means:

• your work is available only in that browser, on that device;
• clearing your browser data, or using a private browsing window, removes it, including the record that Pro has been unlocked on that device;
• you are responsible for the security of your device and for keeping your own records.

If you lose access to Pro on a device after paying, contact us and we will help you restore it.

AuraQuote Pro Pro is sold as:

• a one-time setup fee of $750, charged once with your first payment; and
• a subscription of $99 per month, charged in advance on the day you subscribe and then on the same day each month until you cancel.

Prices are in US dollars. Depending on your country, sales tax, VAT or GST is either included in these prices or added to them. The tax and your exact total are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns. Your payment is also subject to Paddle’s own buyer terms, shown at checkout.

We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a new price applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, using the subscription link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting us through the contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

New customers are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first payment. The full terms are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

While your subscription is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AuraQuote Pro for your own business. You agree not to:

• share, resell or sublicense your access or any unlock code to anyone outside your business;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or try to bypass the limits of the software;
• use it to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited messages;
• use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else’s rights.

You are responsible for everything you enter into AuraQuote Pro and send from it, including the accuracy of your prices, rates, taxes and client details. You are the party that contracts with your own clients; we are not a party to any proposal, booking or contract between you and them.

You confirm that you are entitled to use your clients’ contact details in the service and that you have told them how their information is used, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The deposit confirmation shown on the in-app booking screen is a record-keeping step only.AuraQuote Pro does not collect money from your clients.

Quotes, bills of quantities, tax amounts and currency conversions produced by AuraQuote Proare estimates calculated from the rates and settings you choose. Currency conversions use indicative fixed exchange rates. The investor equity and rental yield figures are illustrative projections only.

Nothing in AuraQuote Pro is financial, investment, tax, legal or engineering advice. You are responsible for checking every figure before you rely on it or present it to a client.

AuraQuote Pro works with services run by other companies, including Paddle for payments and WhatsApp and email applications for sending messages. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

AuraQuote Pro, including its software, design, text and branding, belongs to Pushpa Creations and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Your own content, branding and client information remain yours.

We work to keep AuraQuote Pro available and improving, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features, and will not remove a core Pro feature during a period you have paid for without offering a fair remedy.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, lost data or loss arising from figures you presented to a client. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to AuraQuote Pro is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using AuraQuote Pro at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if a payment is reversed or not made. When the agreement ends, your licence to use Pro features ends too.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the business operating AuraQuote Pro is established, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you are based requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. The current version and its effective date are always on this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Continuing to use AuraQuote Pro after that means you accept the updated Terms.
